SCHS GIRLS SOCCER TEAM STANDINGS BY YEAR
(Doc: GIRLS SOCCER)
In 1972 the MBL grew too large for one league, so the league was divided into the North Division, Santa Cruz County schools in one league and Monterey and San Benito county schools in the South Division.
In 1976, the schools in Santa Cruz county thought their league would be more appropriately called, the Santa Cruz County Athletic League and at this time the leagues were split off. Monterey and San Benito county schools retained the MBL or Monterey Bay League name.
